Goods may be returned if found to be delivered faulty or there was an error in delivery.
If the product is found to be faulty it will be replaced and if we are unable to replace it a credit will be issued. Please contact us via the contact page www.studentconciergeservices.com.au before returning item(s) and let us know the invoice number and reason for your return.

Items must be returned in the condition of which they were received, and all packaging must remain intact.
Items being returned because of a change of mind will be shipped at the customers cost.

Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 there have been delays with Australia Post deliveries both within Australia and with international deliveries that are unfortunately beyond our control. We recommend allowing longer for your products to arrive.
