How do we know whose items are whos?

Pack each child’s clothing items into a bag with an outline list of items, their name and laundry number (if applicable) at the top of the page. Schools can provide us with a copy of what you have purchased from the uniform shop! Items will be delivered to the nominated address on the order eg. back to school or a home/guardians address.

To order labels, please go to the Uniform Labelling tab on our website and select the Cash’s labels link. Please note: orders can take up 7 days to produce. Please take this into account when placing the order. 

If you require uniform alterations please send an email to:  info@studentconciergeservices.com.au with the name of the Student,  School and a contact number. SCS will contact you to confirm the specifics of your order.

If you require SCS to pick up the uniforms from the uniform shop or boarding establishment, please notify us with the relevant pickup details. SCS will notify the school that they will be picking up items on your behalf. 

 

Parents/Guardians please advise the school that SCS will collect uniform packs from the Uniform Shop (or nominated location) or alternatively, arrange delivery of items to PO Box 549 Lindfield NSW 2070. 

 

Day Students: please provide the return address when the order is             placed - $25 delivery charge will apply. 

 

Boarders: all packs will be returned to the nominated school 2 days prior to term commencement. This is a complimentary service. If an alternative drop off location is requested, a delivery fee will apply depending on location eg. For city boarders requesting delivery to Sydney home addresses, a $25 delivery charge will apply.
